Hi, I'm Jean, and I run Desk360 from Cape Cod.

I'm a small business owner too, so I know how fast daily tasks can take over your day. Sorting email, answering client messages, following up, scheduling, paperwork. It adds up fast, and it pulls you away from the work you actually want to do.

Before AI, I did it all by hand. I made folders, went through my inbox one message at a time, and lost hours I wanted back. Then I started using AI and set up an AI helper that manages my email for me. That one change gave me my time back, and I wanted to help other people get the same thing.

Before Desk360, I spent years in construction, architecture, and estimating. That work taught me to catch the small details and build things the right way. I still work like that. I'm organized, I'm patient, and I ask a lot of questions so I understand what you need before I set anything up.

I love working with solo owners and small businesses. You don't need a big team or a tech background. I'll keep things simple and explain each step

When I'm not working, you'll find me with a good cup of coffee. I love to travel and explore new places. My favorite so far is Venice, Italy, and yes, the food is a big reason why.
